From January 28 to 31, a joint data retreat was held at Asa Research Station, bringing together members of the SITES Secretariat and colleagues from Asa and Bolmen. The focus was on publishing new data collected within the SITES Water Program to the SITES Data Portal.
Several key updates are now available:
- New lake parameter data from multiple locations in the lake Bolmen
- Updated oxygen profiles and water temperature data for Feresjön, the monitored lake at Asa Research Station
- Revised water level and discharge data from the tributary streams of Feresjön
Beyond the intensive data work, the team also had the opportunity to explore the surrounding area of Asa Research Station and see the latest infrastructure additions supporting the monitoring activities at Asa
